This was our second visit to the shop. We last visited from Singapore in June 2023 and we had such a memorable shopping experience the last time when we bought 3 watches from Okamoto-san. Despite our language barrier, Okamoto-san was very attentive and paid great attention to help us select the watches we really wanted. This was why when we decided to visit Japan again this year in 2024, we made it a point to visit him at the shop again. Not surprised at all, Okamoto-san was once again outstanding in his service and that was why I bought yet another wonder time piece from him this time. I sincerely wish Okamoto-san and the rest of the Oomiya Team at Kyoto Branch all the best! Cannot wait to visit again next year when we travel to Japan.
